My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the views of Gran Via were stunning. The free minibar was a nice touch too. The location was unbeatable, near all the historical sites and fantastic restaurants. However, there were quite a few other hotels around, and some parts of central Madrid might be equally good to stay close to.

I stayed in a superior double room on the 4th floor, which was spacious and had a separate seating area with a couch, armchair, and table. The small balcony facing Gran Via was a bonus.

The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English well. They even went out of their way to assist me with my questions and promptly took care of a priority card I left behind in the light slot.

The hotel's location was excellent, right outside the Gran Via Metro stop. It was close to everything I needed, from tourist spots to shopping areas, making it super convenient.

The dining experience was above average with a good selection ranging from cereals to eggs made to order. The fresh farm-to-table products made it one of the best dining experiences I've had.
